New customer
The main details are:
* Car registration number
* Address
* Contact telephone number on the day we are working on your car.
Existing customer
Have there been any changes since we saw you last? Change of car, new mobile phone number, change of address...
Contact phone number on the day of the repair
Is the one most important piece of information as we guarantee that no additional work will be carried out without your prior approval.
Reminders
We always send out postal reminders for MOTs and services but if you have your e-mail address and mobile phone number to hand we can send you reminders by them as well.
What to bring
Please bring your service book with you so it can be stamped. A clear service history can improve the resale value of your car.
Locking wheel nut key if they are fitted to the car (Please leave on passenger seat)

When describing a problem some of the things that will help with our diagnosis are:
